worst experience ever, we left 10 mins after we checked in.the caregiver assigned to take care of kids between 2 years and 5 years, seems to be a kid herself, and she definitely lack the basics of how to treat a kid that age.my son ran toward the slide area out of excitement, she ran after him and grabbed him in a strong way that he started to cry non stop, then when we asked that his mom can sit with him for 5 mins to calm him down and take him one time to the slide, the lady at the front desk mentioned refuused our request stating no adults are allowed in that area, which honestly doesn't make any sense !! the parents of a 2 years old kid should be able to go inside with them and try to let them be familiar with the place before they leave them and go. the rules of this places seems to be working only for kids of older ages where they can be left completely without being scared. i just hated the attitude of everyone working there, zero empathy for the feelings of 2 years old kid !!! they kept him crying and crying while we were watching so you can imagine what they will do when the parents are not even there... stay away from this place, if you can, never again for me for sure.
